Hi all, bit of a noob question.

I recentley put 4 RS turbo wheels on my mk4 escort and now they wont loosen,

im told by the old man I needed alloy wheel shims but he told me too late lol.

Any ideas how to get them off or will they need drilling?

Thanks.

Did a garage put them on?

You mean the nuts are stuck, did you use steelie nuts?

Get a breaker bar or use a scaffold pole on your wheel brace to crack the nuts loose.

as PeeWee said mate, have a go with a breaker bar, failing that pop it up to your local fast fit and they'll loosen them off for ya

Not wise & potentially dangerous.

Breaker bar should shift them easily.

Dont use the nuts again, get some proper alloy nuts.

You can use alloy ones on steelies but not the other way around. :thumb:
