Basically, Fenerbahce were playing their last game of the season and needed to at least match their rivals Bursaspor's scoreline from another game to win the Turkish league. Fenerbahce draw 1-1 and the announcer comes on the PA saying that Bursapor had only managed a draw, meaning that Fenerbahce had won the title... ..turns out the PA guy got it wrong, and that their rivals had actually won their game, meaning that Bursaspor had won the title. All the fans on the pitch who are celebrating thinking theyve won the league then suddenly start hearing the news, and go on the rampage!
