Mike-evans Posted June 5, 2011 Share Posted June 5, 2011 (edited) love MX, have done for years..Used to race, and had a nasty back injury whilst racing in 2004, after that, slowly lost interest and sold my bike and all my MX gear.... Mike-evans Posted June 6, 2011 Share Posted June 6, 2011 Looks great that, very clean for an 01 I went to see a 2000 YZ before seeing that CR and it was a total shed, all the plastics were cracked and sounded like it was needing a top end, what graphics you going for? custom? Yeah it is clean for its age, and had a total rebuild weeks before I bought it, all engine parts, discs, sprockets rear suspension, with receipts to prove, so I traved around a 500 mile round trip for it.... I went for Monster Energy full graphics kit-£75 delivered from the States....Ive seen me pay £180 for a full Yamaha of Troy graphics kit before, for my YZ 125..... You race yours? scottg17 Posted August 25, 2011 Author Share Posted August 25, 2011 Okay Scrap the original plans,,, restoration had been brought forward... will get the forks off maybe tomorrow and give them to one of my mates to rebuild, ones got a weep anywayDiscovered pretty much all of the swingarm linkage bearings need doing, Already did the low shock one and the upper is fine.
