The Shaunster
In what way would it damage the car ?
John
In what way would it damage the car ? standard springs are set to a certain load, u go clamping them down and it's gonna completly balls up the handling if nothing else. lowered spirngs are normally uprated too so they don't allow as much travel as standard thus stopping them bottoming out as easy 80 quid and u can have it on proper springs! vorn_182
Or if you want to be really cheap, you could get hold of some GTi springs, which would drop it abit. I sold mine on Ebay for £5, wont mess your handling up or anything either!
