Found my relays tried swapping around as adviced no change although it is very moist and the relays have rusted and gone green not all of them but a good two or three

Sounds likely the fault is in relay box if its all rusty and green. You really need to get a auto Electrician in or buy a meter and check where the power stops!.

 

I cant stress enough how much can be learnt by following a few tails with a meter, otherwise you are just shooting in the dark.. No pun intended!

Tbh if theres damp on your fusebox,you got a leak somewhere,think there is a few posts on here that will give you advice about that as for the fusebox,i would just change it when you got your damp issue sorted.
