I would go for the amp + sub meself cos in the future if you get more wedge you can add anuvva sub make a bigger box etc.until you have so much you cant hear anything but a high pitched whistle(HUH what?did someone speak then?)......cant really add to the tube (it will also take up a lot of boot space unnecessarily)Just spend as much as you can on the amp!
