Cossie Dave
This happened to mine cause I tightened them up really tight so the kids couldn't get them off, so tight that I couldn;t either so I get a pair of pliers on the rubber of the valve and a pair on the cap and they came off after a bit of persuasion

Rich
errr change tyre u dont touch the valve until the tyre is off,, then its replaced with a new one anyway so you would get a new cap with the new valve sounds dodgy to me m8
DAVE W
you have to take the valve cap off to let the tyre down Otherwise you aint gonna get the tyre off
