dannokes
I currently have 17'' Super T's on my car but fancy a change and was thinking of getting the RS 7 spoke alloys and getting them diamond cut. Does anyone know where i can get this done in the essex area and how much? Or should i just stick with the super t's and get them referbished. Cheers. Phill
You can get wheels diamond cut at wheel refurbishing places, but you have to be real careful with them. The alloy is protected by laquer and if that laquer gets damaged, water gets in and messes up your diamond cut surface. You can't get them done many times either, as each diamond cutting process weakens the wheel.
cj666
One place we have had ours cut is the wheel hospital at Rochford Essex, www.rochfordtyres.co.uk I think they used to be called the wheel hospital. Had my old rims diamond cut after too many kerbings, bit of an effort to keep clean sometimes but they did look bloody brilliant.
