escort si
Where online can i get good prices for lowering springs for escort. And also is there any companies that do them -50mm for the escort?
Ex-Finesse
Try Eibach for -50mm. They do 2 spring ranges, can't remember their names but one has a greater drop than the other. I have Eibachs in -30mm. Not sure if Eibach have produced lower springs for the escort, where they have for the focus. Neway its probably best to get -60mm G Max mate! Eibachs are the most expensive I know of! There seems to be mixed opinion. Some people have suffered excessive / uneven tyre wear, but others have not had a problem. I think the answer is to get your lower arms checked for wear because if these are worn and allow play, any tyre will wear out very quickly (which I found out the hard way ). Also get your tracking checked as soon as its is lowered, and then 500 miles after the new suspension has gone on, as its likely it will go out a touch Better £20 tracking than £150 for 2 new 17inch tyres
Dunk
I have a 60mm slam on 15s. I had my tyres on in november and they are still in excellent condition. I do 750 miles a week minimum.
