Rob84
a common manifold to use is the standard one from off an escort RS turbo. these are good for 300bhp+ and fit straight onto the zetec block

stoo2000
a common manifold to use is the standard one from off an escort RS turbo. these are good for 300bhp+ and fit straight onto the zetec block the only thing is the bolt holes etc dont line up so you ever got to make new holes in the head, which go into the oil ways, or get an adapater for the RST manifold which is what i have all bolts straight onto the 16v head

Ex-Finesse
Talk to a specialist. Head over to fiestaturbo.com and find out what companies are commonly used, with good results. Then contact them. How much power are you looking for?? The 2.0 can be lightly turbo'd to around 170bhp, with standard internals (a time bomb), or with proper forged pistons and decent management you can see a relaible 250bhp. Brian
Not really sure what power i wont just faster than it is now lol. I wont/can do all the work myself but i ant 100% sure on turboing the zetec. Is there a guide any where listing the bits i will need and roughly what needs to be done???
