Using an RST manifold and a T3 turbo or using a Focus RS manifold with a T25 turbo??

depends what ur going for,

 

if im correct a T25 is a larger turbo yes?

 

so it would give higher boost capability but will the manifolds link together effectivley in an escort bay,

 

 

with a T3 we know it fits as i have one in a mk5 scort

Yup, smaller compressor wheel...... spins up at lower revs. T3 give more power at higher revs.

T25 = 2.5 inch compressor wheel iirc T3 = 3 inch etc etc

 

a T25 would spool up a lot quick then a T3 but will run out of puff up the rev range. a T3 (at full boost by about 2300rpm) will hold boost a whole lot longer mine only looses about 2lb's over the full rev range
