Mk6 Si Ross Posted July 21, 2005 Share Posted July 21, 2005 Can't beat a bit of Blackpool!!! Myself, Caroline, Lee n Clare went up there for 4 days n 3 nights in a little B+B near the front. Think Lee n Clare got the good deal cos our room was cramped to the extreme with no room for your legs around the bog, no opening windows to let the 28,29,30 degree heat out n a shower that wasn't as quick as a watering can!!!! Pleasure Beach was class though as expected and the Big One put a smile on my face as usual. Caroline had never been to anything like a theme park before but after going on a couple of the older 'big dippers' it was time for the Big One and even a go on the Ice Blast!!! she's now hooked!!!!! Val Haller got us all soaked even though Clare was wearing the Pac-a-mac she still got wet!!! We all wasted plenty of money on the amusements n as you see air hockey!!
