removing front bumper

Hiya guys,

 

Anyone tell me how to remove the front bumper on a Mk6 escort? Ive read the haynes manual n its goes on about bloody removing the radiator supports n tying the radiator to the engine n stuf!! surely there has to be an easier way.

nah, don`t have to touch radiator hoses, just the 4 bolts on the back of the bumper, 2 of them are quite difficult but are possible.

 

then few bolts underneath that attatch the bumper to the inner wheel arch liners and your done!!!!

cheers, I'l give it a go. I know of the 4 screws (2 at each side) on the back of the bumper on the arches but where else are the others? -- save me searching..im a lazy T*at

But as Ross said the two on the right hand side are a right pain to get to
