basskiddanny Posted January 12, 2006 Share Posted January 12, 2006 These all have good tyres but one of them is damaged, i don't personally think it could be repaired but i was told by somebody that it can be repaired for 50/60 quid by a good welder whp specialises in Aluminium and Magnesium....So who knows. The person who told me saw them on the internet and he says he does this sort of thing, but he lives in London. One is damaged the other three are fine, with usual kerbing you find on wheels. I've got cossie wheels now so i cant even be arsed checking to see if it can be fixed. If nobody wants to buy them i will have them scrapped because they are taking up way too much space. Tyres are 205/40/17 and two of them are brand new. All four tyres are in full working order even on the damaged wheel. Two of the wheels are very legal, the other two were about 3 weeks old..if that. So if anybody wants to make me an offer, then i will likely take it as long as you can collect them. Anyway it was a kurb, there was a thread about it with a few pics a while ago. luckily had it all checked out and no damage to the car except the wheel and the lower arm, it was back on the road the next day.
