Timmy_GTi
I've got loads of stuff off Limewire and never got a virus. And before someone says I have but I haven't noticed, I have my virus scanner running in the background and I do a system check pretty regularly. Think you were just unlucky.....Either that or I'm really lucky. Lol. Tim

V3X
I use limewire, but u have to make sure on checking the file sizes, realised that anything under 1000kb is a virus. but no problems with it at all.

Lee_2f2f
Ive used limewire for years and never had any problems or downloaded any viruses from it... you just have to know what to look out for really, and its kinda obvious what not to download... E.G if your downloading a film... there usually avi and about 1.4 gb or something, but limewire always brings up zip files with the same name you searched for and a less size, some people download them and open the zip's therefore opening the virus Limewire is ok if you have the knowhow on not what to get, also, timmy c is correct too, torrents are your best bet Lee
