Ferret-Si Posted September 24, 2006 Share Posted September 24, 2006 only started yesterday afternoon(sat) when i replaced that little plug at the top of the induction pipe....the plug that breaks when u fit a strut brace!, only does it when u drive along and it backfires when u pull away.i've srtipped all the induction/sebnsors off, cleaned what i can and nothing!i've had a look at the spark plugs, which i'm getting nw ones tomoz.ht leads are new.it used £20 off feul for around 90miles today driving at 70mph...now that sucks! any suggestions or have i missed something? Unplugged the MAF, made it slightly better and the backfiring stopped, but drank fuel.. Unplugged the ISCV, it still ran but lumpy as fcuk.. Don't know what else to do... Don't know what else to do...How about get it hooked up on diagnostics, find out what sensors are fucked, and replace them?
