Escort boy
Hi there, firstly do any 'local' shops halfords/motorworld/motormania sell clay bars for around £7 which aren't really abrasive. (Thought you would know as you guys may buy this stuff weekly) Secondly, would using a clay bar on alloys take off tar and brake dust marks quite effectively? I've got a brownish haze on the front 2 alloys which I'm trying to get rid of also. Cheers. Oh and if your car has never been clayed would it make a whole world of difference or would you say 'don't bother'?
Joe
a) IIRC Halfords sold the clay bar on it's own - the one included in the deal, o not too abbrasive b) It will help, but wont do a mahoosivly good job, try tar remover form meg c) It will make a massive difference if you do it properly. would you like a guide?
