JonC Posted March 29, 2003 Share Posted March 29, 2003 (edited) Well for the last couple of months an event has been growing on a thursday night around the croydon/sutton area, last night saw the biggest turn out of cars ive ever seen down sutton highstreet, the usual 2nd location which everyone heads to at around 9-10 o clock was imperial way, which is situated oppostite kudos nightclub... the Police turned up in LARGE numbers, blocking off the road with cones and sitting there all night only admittng people through if non cruisers... This meant everyone moved to a better loaction Valley park near the Ikea, it was a large nicely well lit car park where everyone could park and the nutters could do there thing, and do it they did. One of the videos shows an omega almost smacking the metal lampost and the bollards around it was very very very very close.... I think it did actually hit em slightly.Definately a good thursday night out much better than most weekends are.... Oh also note the sick sick sound the yamaha R1 makes when burning out.The police didnt even make an appearance at the car park near Ikea too busy down imperial way messing with there cones :pig: For videos and info and cruising shiz in the south east check cruise-se.comThe videos will be on the main front page for a while, Join the forum come say hi!
