How quiet is it? Guy at work is looking for a HTPC but it must be near-silent, and a bit cheaper than this.

 

im guessing not very quiet, the arctic 7 is targeted as a gamers cooling system so its not designed to be quiet, and it doesnt have a fan speed controller either. Drop a scythe ninja in there though and itll be a lot better imo :thumb:
