1.8 130Spec (Unregistered) mk6 Escort Cabriolet - Price Dropped

Hi All,

With extremely loads of doubt i've decided to sell my beloved escort cab, I bought the car 6 months ago as a project, come into money and finished it quickly.

 

Car Spec:

Escort Cabriolet Calypso (German Karmann shell NO ARCH RUST!)

90k~ Milage on the records, Clocks currently show 73k as upgraded dash.

MOT: August 28th 2010

TAX: End January 2010 - I can extend the tax at your cost if within the next 7 days!

 

Service & Modifications:

1.8 130 Spec 16v Zetec Engine (Taken from low milage Si 130 Cabriolet w/73k on the clocks)

Si 130 Cabriolet ECU / MAF etc.

Full Engine service < 5,000 Miles ago.

Brand new lower wishbones, RS2000 Shocks&Springs.

Brand new ARB Bushes & Droplink Bars

Brand new track rod ends

Brand new cambelt, pully kit

Brand new Clutch Kit (High Quality not Cheap ones and full kit too not just plate!)

Brand new mohair roof less than a year ago.

Brand new Hawk Thatch1 Alarm system (Manual included and 2 Fobs).

Brand new Ashley Exhaust system (Cat Back)

New (ish) Downpipe/cat from Si130.

Si 130bhp Engine Conversion (Still registered as a 1.6 Zetec)

MTX75 Gearbox & Linkages (Smoother, Shorter shift and with Protected Reverse)

RS2000 Mk6 Rear Disk beam reconditioned and fitted.

RS2000 280mm Front brake conversion with Drilled & Groved Disks

Digital Dash Dials from Puma/Mk5 Fiesta. (Fully Functioning!)

15" RS2000 Alloy Wheels painted white (Properly done! Sanded back to bare metal before any paint was applied) all with good tires.

 

Runs 100% Spot on, No problems what so ever! I believe it even has a half tank of fuel, Its a beautyful car and with much regret i will be sad to see it go, It's priceless to me but rules are rules and so im going to say £850 or make me an offer i need it gone ASAP! so dont be shy i can only say Yes or No.

 

It's insured until 6th January so any test drives are welcome, Halo headlamps not included, (Dad claimed those).

Any interest on parts? got absolutely LOADS of almost new parts on this baby, Its going to scrap on friday otherwise and its cost way too much for me to scrap whole!

Engine: Going whole sorry, £150 for the lot with MTX75 Box, brand new clutch etc, See progress thread (Link in Sig) for exhaust.

They were done by me, Better than a professional they werent rushed, See Progress thread for process pics, these were sanded back to absolutely nothing on them, to remove the notorious RS2k/Ford Wheel Rust.

Got the doors you asked for before and i sent pics, These ones will be staying on it so it stays dry and looks half decent, Rear Beam: £130, still looks quite new after 5000 miles driving.

If car doesnt sell as a whole it will go into my warehouse for storage, So back for sale as a whole, Not bothered about profit etc so make me a reasonable offer if you dont want it. I dont have the time or ability to break it down so... Cheap, Store or Scrap only lol.
