There is a venue that you have been to before, or Im pretty sure there is a leisure park south of Barnsley not far from the M1 kind of like the one I found for the Herts meet, where you have some sort of activity for those that want to, or even just keep dry. Then pick a date, 30th November? 7th December? And as for what time to meet up, go for around lunch time (12-2pm), make use of the daylight. The meets there for whoever wants to set it up or organise, socials are just that & no one has a position to solely claim a get together imo.If members want to get together & the person that usually organises it isnt around there shouldnt be a problem tbh!
