will rs/si alloys fit over my cossie brakes?

You will need spacers to push the wheels out to clear the calipers.

 

GTi 5 spokes fit no problem, straight on.

 

is that for mk6 rs2000 wheels to as iv just bought mondeo v6 callipers and cossie brakes and was told they should fit under? how much would they need spacing out?would this not cause rubbin (mines lowered 40mm) and could i not file/grind the top of the calliper down a bit?

i have scorteds old car, it has cossie brakes fitted and it did have rs2k alloys. U need spacers, when i took the wheels off there was 2 spacers on each front wheel. It doesnt cause rubbin as mine is lowered also

 

have you still got the spacers nadine?if not can you remember what size they were?

i do still have them, i have a set on the car at the mo coz the azevs needed spaced from the brakes, em i can find out what size they are. I shouldnt need them when i get my cossies so if u can wait i can give u them when im done

 

thankyou! how long do you reckon though?(not being cheeky :D its just my tyres are close to they're limits and i wanted to find a set of alloys so i could refurb the white ones)
