pornking69 Posted March 15, 2009 Share Posted March 15, 2009 Needed 4 tins of Tourmallard Green spray paint so checked on Halfords website, they said that my nearest Halfords in Gloucester (20 miles) was out of stock but they had ample amount in Stroud. I ordered 4 tins for pickup which was accepted then set out on my journey to get them. To my surprise when i arrived at the store in Stroud i was handed 1 dented tin of what i asked for and another in tourmaline green which is not, after kicking off big time the manager came down and said: "Meh, it happens" Obviously feeling the urge to poke him in the eye, i left. I then travelled to Malvern's Halfords (hour and a half away) and they had 3 in stock, well wasn't that just peachy!! Got half way home and my tyre blew up on one of the wheels i bought YESTERDAY! so i jacked it up and dug out the spare wheel that i had never used since buying the car 6 months ago, only to find.......... You have to wait for the staff to finish there (obviously personal) phonacall before they even acknowlege your there... Then you may get served if something more important dont flash up before.... Then youtry calling then to seeifthey have something in stock.... If the hones not engaged from there personal calls then they just never bloody answer it from being under staffed.... fcuk hallfrods!
