Cad Posted April 4, 2009 Share Posted April 4, 2009 Well I've got a new car, so after spending just shy of 1500 on my baby in the last 2 months she's now gotta go. Its a 2000 Reg car (T reg on at the moment is a private plate) it was a 1.6 and is still down on the log book as being so. However in the last two months it has had an RS2000 engine put in (150bhp standard), RS2000 front brake setup, full staneless teal cat back exhaust system...with de-cat to fit. White RS dials, BRAND NEW clutch fitted only 2 weeks ago, brand new front wishbones, and so on. All the work has been carried out by JD Motorsports. The car still has on eor two minor problems, there is a slight vibration through the steering wheel when turning right, not sure what this is havnt had chance to sort it out. the cars also lowered 40mm front and back. Looking for offers around the £1000 mark. The alloys in the pictures are not on at the moment as I was looking at selling them, however if you hit that price near enough I'll throw them in for free. The interior is mint and it comes with a £190 bluetooth stereo. Central locking and electric windows ect ect. I really like that, its a great looking car, really nice Thanks mate, was my pride n joy hence why I spent so much in the last 2 months...however Id be financially stupid to turn down the offer of the car iv got now so it just has to go! Well not alot really, now and again you have to double clutch to get into first if your still moving, does it no problem if your at a standstill. The engine had 68K on the clocks when it went in and JD Motorsport will vouch for its solidness. Had a brand new front shock fitted two weeks ago also.
