celsis
I'm a total newbie to this and could do with a bit of advice. First of all, I've got a mark 6 5 door Escort 1.3 and could do with some advice on getting some more dig out of it. Or would i be better just to get a reconditioned Zetec lump and drop it in? Secondly, can anyone recommend a good rear bumper? I was thinking of the WRC bumper or the ST24. Any advice? Thanks to all Mike
Pelles
cheaper option, since you aint done anything to it yet, you could sell it and get the 1.6 zetec.... rear bumper is your choice, all down to personal preference.
McRic
gotta agree with Pelles on this one you'd be far cheaper selling up and buying one which is already a zetec.....a conversion is gonna cost you £'s
celsis
Thanx guys. Since I've only had it for a few months I think I'll mod it a little bit then sell it next year and buy a zetec. First stop will be the Samurai bumper and WRC rear. Cheers!

Pelles
hmm tastey looking discs, how much they cost?
paulr83
lol, i love having that as my sig!! so many questions! They are EBC turbogroove discs and greenstuff pads! Cost me £170 for the lot and only took about an hour to fit! They are standard size at a mere 240mm! They seem quite good, but u have to put up the the whirring noise constantly (the pads against the grooves)!
