You'd have to chop the bumper in half and then remove a few inches from the middle so that it's the same width as the Escort bumper. then get it plastic welded back together. Now the fun starts... unless you're really lucky and the existing mounts line up with the bumper you'll have to find some way of mounting the Mondeo bumper to the Escort.
