KNITERIDER Posted September 4, 2009 Share Posted September 4, 2009 yes. your claim for your car tho, is that through insurance? as only they can rite it off, and in yuour situation im sure you can request they dont rite it off. should cost between 100-150 quid to buy back and theyl take that out of the settlement.
