bit of advice for young people

Right... ive been searching for a cheap vehicle to insure for ages with a full liscence, third party only.

 

A 1.2L corsa was coming back at £1700, a 1.0L fiesta mk2 came back at £1570, Liams 1.4 escort came back at £2100???, but the cheapest vehicle by far.. is an Escort van!!! the diesel came back at £1700, but a 1.4 petrol escort on a 2001 plate came back at £1284 !!!

 

So if your 17, want a vehicle thats cheap to insure, that mates wont use you as a taxi, is pretty useful, and can look pretty smart, albeit slow perhaps but potentially fast with an engine swap when your older... get a VAN!!!

and whats also weird is, is that its £1700 provisional, but £1284 when ive passed? normally its the other way round lol
