Looks good. I think the acrylic cases look good where you have lots of lights inside ofcourse! lol

do you mean the window? apart from the clear window the rest of the case is fully alliminium :D

Hi, I was referring to cases that I have seen which are all acryclic (e.g. the whole case).

Although I do like that case above, with just one clear side on :)

that top fan..... is it a 120m fan? looks massive!?!?!

more likely to be a 120mm one, tbf.

My daily workhorse is getting on a bit now, infact I had to check the specs because I cant remember what Ive put in it.

AMD Opteron dual core 170,

2GB DDR

DFI LANparty NF4

Radeon X850XTPE

Audigy 2

Windows 7 Professional 32bit

Black case, I had one with LEDs and acrylic windows but then... I grew up. Kind of.

its a 200mm "Big Boy" in the top, blowing up, a 120 in the top rear blowing out and two 120mm in the front with filters, its one of the best air cooling cases there is despite being £100 or less

i've got pretty good cable management in it too, i'm more into a tidy build than modding, I'm looking forward to a psu and cpu cooler so i can Hit 4GHz on air :)

I'll get some better pics of it and my other ones if theres interest

Some Good pcs here!

ive got 2 at the moment, both pretty ancient, but do the job well and im a gamer. ones in bits at the moment, dont no what to do with it so wont list that one,

but the daily user is a Dell XPS 720

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v123/simonez/IMG_0118.jpg

Which has :

Intel Quad Exetreme 6800 (stock settings 2.93ghz) Cooled via dells H2C cooler (liquid cooler)

Dell 680i SLi motherboard

8GB DDR2 ram

2 x Nvidia GTX 280s in SLi

2 x 1TB Hardrive (WD 64mb cache)

1 x 750 hardrive (Samsung Spinpoint 32mb cache)

1000W Dell PSU

1 x DVD drive

1 x DVD-RW drive

1 x Blueray Drive

Memory card reader

LED front and rear, which can be changed to around 8 colours

Fan in various places, 120mm pushing air towards the gfx, and 2 x 80mm between the harddrives

Dell XPS case (silver + black)

Windows 7 Ultimate (64bit)

then the other pc which is in bits consisted of a similar spec, just a few components different, but sell and swap parts all the time,

now the new vs old stuff, the Dell xps handles everything fine for me, i use a 24" monitor, and its perfect, i cant warrant a move to the Intel i3 /i5 / i7 as of yet as this still does me very well. but when the time comes ill have some new stuff,

You can tell I give a sh1t about cable management... :innocent:

Pentium D 930 (2x3.00Ghz)

1GB DDR2 667

nVidia 9600GSO 512 (1GB)

Philips Hybrid Freeview/Analog/Radio/AV TV Card

Creative Audigy SE 7.1

Mecury HT4500 5.1 speakers (using as 2.1 at the moment)

19" 16:10 Cibox TFT (dying I think... weird staining around the edges) & 17" 4:3 Acer TFT (Would be a Philips 19" 16:10 if it hadn't died)

Running XP Media Center 2005 SP3 (XP Pro with a few networking options removed and added Media Center)

Spec and OS suits exactly what I use the PC for... a media player/server, internet browsing and a bit of gaming. ;)

Programming, networking goodies and Cisco learning is all done on our spare PCs and Servers :)
