Hi, im doing my homework on a mk1 mondeo 2.0l ztec silvertop swap into my cab thats currently a 1.6 zetec.

im a little confused on what intake /injectors/fuel rail i should be using..

ive read to use the escort set up then ive also read to use the mondeo ones..

you have to use an escort inlet manifold as the Mondeo one will foul the brake balance bar. but use the injectors and rail with FPR from the Mondeo. also affix the Mondeo throttle body to the escort inlet manifold (although the 1.8 one from an escort is fine) use the Mondeo 2.0 MAF sensor, the rest of the inlet trunking etc should be escort like the airbox etc

you will also need the 1.8 induction pipe thing, 1.8 airbox, the 1.6 I found was too small

also worth having the injectors reconned
