Mike-evans
While doing my 2.0l conversion, Im fitting a new clutch, question I have is, which way does the plate fit? There is a completely flat side on the plate, and the other side is proud which has the housing for the springs.... Does it fit with the completely flat side onto the flywheel? As Im writing this I think its obvious it only goes one way, but just to be certain.....

DaweV6
Just to give you rough idea - http://www.justanswer.com/uploads/garputo22/2009-07-08_010229_clutch2.gif Plus it should be written on it - Flywheel/gearbox side. (Or Schwungradseite/Getriebeseite)
