rattle cans should be easily available but for spray guns, you have to use normal 2k clear coat and have a matt additive in the coat!

OK cheers Sleeman. Just for reference when I get to spray the car, whats the additive that goes into the laquer? I'll have a butchers and do do some homework. :thumb:

Oh and while I think of it, the cans will be for laquering my wheels. I know more coats of normal gives deeper shine but whats neccessary for a suitable matt finish. I dont wana layer it on for the sake of it. ?( 400ml can per wheel, 2 wheels e.t.c ?

I your looking for a Matt laquer. You can buy it in litres to save having to add a matting additive to.

I'll put a link below for Lechler macrofan hs Matt laquer. Just apply it as you would a normal 2k clear and it will dry Matt.
