Orionzetec Posted January 9, 2013 Share Posted January 9, 2013 Hi allI told myself i wouldnt do this but find myself thinking about it more + more.I thought about building a 2l silver top to go in the onion, then remembered i had a rs1800 engine in my mothers garage, so thought about getting it on the engine stand, cleaning it up, checking it over and sticking it in the orion. Technically theres only about 15bhp between the engines and keep thinking "is it really worth the hassle?" it would also mean i could get a new clutch fitted at the same time. Then of course theres the ecu issue. The rs1800 ecu wouldnt work due to the fiesta having external edis.
