Is a mk6 Escort 5 door rear bumper same as mk6 3 door rear bumper ?

Will the mk6 5 door hatchback rear bumper fit onto a 3 door Escort without issues ?

 

I assume all mk6 front bumpers are the same, fitting wise?

Yes I believe it will fit. All bolts and holes for screws in the arches are in the same place.
