My first shunt

Last night I was following my mate home and hit the back of his 206 :crybaby .

It's bent the top of the wing on the drivers side and the front of the bonnet on the drivers side, also I did smash the headlight and indicator but I replaced them this morning and I cracked the bumper.

Should be getting the bodywork sorted next month.

I've got to pay for my car my self and I'm gonna pay for the car that I hit (which was my mates luckly). I'm only third party and my exess is £200, but it should only cost about £100 to sort his car out, thats why I'm going to pay for it myself.

God know how much mine will cost to sort tho. ;(

LOL

I see I little debate has been going on here since I last posted. :D

My cars costing £500 to sort out, but I'm having a mk5 rs2000 bonnet and wrc grill fitted on it instead of the mkvb bonnet.

And it has cost me £90 to sort my mates car out.

As for the compensation, I wouldn't bother anyway cos all I'll be doing is contributing the large number of n0bs heads trying to claim money for a non existing injury (in other words fraud) and thus make our already high insurance primiums even higher.

So overall I'm quite happy. :)
