The boot floor is hinged for access to the spare wheel, The sub box is fibreglass moulded to the side well. The whole lot is covered in brushed aluminium laminate which cost £200 a sheet. I made the a-pillar tweeter mounts and kick pods, but I bought the door pods from Audioscape for £150. Couldnt be arsed to make my own if they could be bought.. I live in whitley atm with friends, moving to Charvile soon, then moving to uxbridge not long after that. Do you have the gear? or do you need it?
