BIG RY Posted July 25, 2004 Posted July 25, 2004 i have a radiant red mk6 and i have recently had st24 rear and gti skirts sprayed and fitted and they look a tiny bit brighter then the actual car, is there anything i can do to get it as close as poss? i have t cut it all except for the new parts a couple times. its only a very minor miss-match un-noticable most of the time just wondered if i can get it closer then it already is?
Colin Posted July 25, 2004 Posted July 25, 2004 As you wash and clean the paint it will fade on the skirts, by xmas it will look the same so don't worry, your always going to get that with most resprays, just make sure they coloured the right shade of radient red as there is several specs, the darkest being the spainish spec!
BIG RY Posted July 25, 2004 Author Posted July 25, 2004 ok im sure they did that it looks almost perfect in the daytime but at night it looks so much shinyer ect and it does my head in! so when i was my car shall i t cut the skirts aswell or shall i just t cut the rest of the car?
