i bought new number plates last week and my rear one wont unskrew the skrews look a bit rusty, i just cant seem to unskrew the bar steward. any ideas how to get it out?

can you try unscrewing it whilst applying pressure to the plate, ie pulling it towards you

ill give it a go! its being a right bar steward! im thinkin of drillin it out. im going to hit it with my dads impact driver today hope it works.
