DJC
Following my worry that my car was going to be wrote off, the delivery firm that hit it have offered to buy my car off me so they don't have to claim on their insurance. I have got my eye on a nice m reg 16v in sapphire blue metallic which I can get for £300. The bodywork is immaculate apart from a scratch about a foot and a half long on the drivers door. Looks like someone has keyed it. Can you t-cut metallic paint, or will it be a job for the body shop? Cheers.

Lambo
If its deep then its a body shop, but other wise just touch it up, and put up with it, remember the car only cost £
DJC
Cheers for that. Still tempted to go for it though, cos appart from the scratch the car is absolutely immaculate. no rust at all and the engine is spot on. The scratch isn't down to the bare metal.
