Getting the bonnet to line up right or any body pannel is a bit of a nightmare, worse one i had to do was when i replaced the hatch, Must have taken me a good few hours of trial and error to get it to line up right. Think it must have been distorted when it was welded! Cyrix Posted September 30, 2004 Share Posted September 30, 2004 Problem with the hatch is you cant adjust if if the struts are on it, when u remove them you half liek a half tonne dead weight to lift to adjust the 4 bolts. it looks OK but its not perfect, theres only so much patience i have.
