Welshboy
Its supposed to be a run around for uni, but before i'd even bought it, i had a new steering wheel ready to go on. 2 days after buying it, my mate offered me a set of 17s at a price i just couldnt refuse. Also getting a new s/s backbox made and fitted on friday.

Welshboy
Yeah, ive been missing the escort since ive been back, but i took it for a drive last weekend. Took a while to get used to it, theyre totally differnt cars to drive, but i loved every minute i was out in it! The Astra is a 1.6 16v GLS. It actually feels quicker to drive than the escort, with a lot more power low down. It'll pull up a hill in 4th quite easilly, but i find with the escort that it struggles a bit up until about 3k. Nevertheless the Escort is still my favourite, and will still be at shows for the time being.

Welshboy
Best bit about it is that, its been in the same family from new. The guy i had it off, had it off his wife, who bought it from her aunty. Its only got 46k on the clock and comes with a FVSH. All for a mere £1700.
