cossie rep Posted October 23, 2002 Share Posted October 23, 2002 mate i have fitted one to my 1.6 and f**king hell you do notice the difference in my opinion, but there are some slight modifications you have to make. The throttle body it self lines up perfectly to the other zetecs inlet manifold. But the throttle cable bracket has to be cut slightly so it can be attached back to the throttle body. And one side of the throttle body (where the throttle cable goes) has to sanded down ever so slightly so it doesnt get caught on anything and can move freely.
