RichRoberts
As far as i can tell its coming from the bottom of the strut, but thats a bit of a guess The springs werent new either, got them second hand! are they BRAND new? mine didn't it just bounced, and was sitting high for about 2 weeks.... wheres the creeking coming from though? IE top/bottom?<{POST_SNAPBACK}>
geordie_aaron
ifits the bottom then, when you've lowered it your putting 'more' pressure on the lower arms as marcus has suggested above thus making them creek (out or on way)
RichRoberts
If the lower arms do go its not gonna cause the wheel to fall of or anythin like that is it it was making these noises before but only when i was goin over sum bumpy ground so it sounds like it could be then!will this fail me on a MOT? ifits the bottom then, when you've lowered it your putting 'more' pressure on the lower arms as marcus has suggested above thus making them creek (out or on way) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
geordie_aaron
it will fail a MOT your wheel will fall off (EXTREME worse case scenario lol)does it have a loud pitch squeek on bumpy turf too?? best to getem changed ASAP as you'l get early tyre wwear, also get your tracking done ASAP as you've just got the car lowered, get the tracking done AFTER the wishbones
