anyone know much about H+R for just springs not coilovers, anyone got them fitted??? (about 135 quid 35mm)

 

Or how bout Eibach??? (most expensive at £156 30mm)

 

or PI??? (less than a ton and 40mm)

 

or spax (95 quid and also 40mm)

H&R are the best, closely followed by Eibach.. Try and avoid the cheapo progressive springs like PI or Spax..

i do like the sound of the H+R ones at 35mm, don't think there's many estates on here though to get peoples experiences from

Didn't know there was such a selection for the estate!!!

 

Eibach are wicked springs, but they are hard. Mikes car had PI springs, and the ride was a lot smoother, despite having 18s whereas mine had 17s, at the time.

 

Virtually no body roll.

 

Mine will be for sale in a couple of weeks, shame they won't fit the estate. Will be interesting to see what price they'll go for!!

PI's, mine are still fine after years!!! You're CRAZY if you pay over a ton for springs.

 

also 35mm aint enough on an estate, nor is 40mm tbh, but its still practical and looks ok on 17's

i had spax ones an the ride was superb untill i got coilovers.......then i changed my mind

I've had PI springs on the Fiesta for about 2 years now, with no problems.
