Rob_GTi Posted November 24, 2005 Share Posted November 24, 2005 Was following a lorry on the motorway this morning, just as the lorry was turning off something fell off the back of the lorry and hit the front of my car. It hit the lower part of the bumper and pushed the grill into my radiator bending it and alos bending the powersteering pipes. As its gone under my car it seems to has dislodged my exhaust. I have no idea what fell off, didnt realise how juch damge it made untill i got home. Luckily the radiator aint leaking but still gonna replace it. Yeah still dirty, not had chance 2 clean it, least i dont need to clean the front bumper Anyone have a MK6 front bumper with fog lights for sale?? Rob_GTi Posted November 24, 2005 Author Share Posted November 24, 2005 Yeah was actually booked in next week to have the blending done, guess i need to find a new bumper b4 it goes in, just abit worried about the cost of a new radiator and any other damage underneath the car. Nah that grill bit was jammed into the radiator, couldn't get that b*stard out. Hopefully have a new radiator in it by the weekend, then just the cosmetic damage to sort.
