Matt86
Pic of my car after my shunt..... as it was about to b scrapped! I hav circled the back wheel as u may c its bent!!! Thought I was Colin McRae didnt i!! lolGot the car sideways by accident on a tiny lane and hit a grassy bank and the car carried on into the bank which had a stone wall inside it which took a good part of the wheel arch away. Somehow I kept my foot planted and carried on going. Was going around 45 at the time...i wasnt hurt only the rear axel and strut thing that goes up into the bodywork was meant for show us ur shunt not motor

ryanrs
A new 2nd hand axel? Bit of an oxymoron there. Re: topic title - sideways is awesome lol, i u no what i mean!! but a new 2nd hand axel , if u brake it down... would mean.. A 2nd hand axel thats a New purchase to yourself! therefore you have brought a 2nd axel thats new (and not bent) to you! understandee?? but seriously ... theres 10 bolts holding it on, 8 at the front (4 each side) and 1 through the bottom of each suspension arm. then to get the drums off, its just 4 bolts at the back of the drum, on the inside of the axel.. u dont even have to take the wheels off
Matt86
couldnt be bothered with all that anyway, needed a new engine too!!! young drivers eh!
ScORTED
just a small point but when you do that much twisting your car will never drive flat or straight again... will; wear tyres out etc mount will be bent, now if it was a 20,000quid new car i'd say yeah fix it and buy new tyres all the time... comedy that you carried on driving it... bet no one fucked with you... "he's has one crash today give him a wide berth"and class it sprayed oi; everywhere... was it a hcs... i hope it was
