MikesEscort
ok im not happy one bit to behonest, i went into a back of a car today (peugeot 206cc 54 plate)coming back from work. i always go home through town but as there was a accident on the A1 and i thought i'd divert another way. on the way back traffic was building up and the cars were stopping quickly and i did'nt stop in time and "wack". the 206 seems to be a solid car and it damage the bumper and i should say panel behind it to, the zorst fell off.mine, well mine will be a right off as the engine has twisted round abit (on the mounts i guess)' but still runs, radiator, drivers wing, the other side has moved aswell, bumper, morrette, not sure about manifold as its to dark to see. got a few picture's of my phone but there not to good. get a better one tomorrow. ringing the insurance up tomorrow and see what they say, im 3rd party Fire and Theft with 8 years no claims. dont think its going to be worth repairing the RS but i'll put it on a ramp so i can have a look underneath.but thats the last thing to think about. need to get a runner about car first. i would'nt be that botherd about it if i did'nt hit another car but it was to late to steer it somewhere else.eagle f1 tyre's may be good in the dry but there not in the wet http://michael-baker.fotopic.net/ Just to let people know that im not sure what im doing with it just yet, to be honest i dont think its worth bothering to repaire it but if i start to strip it i'll let you all know Edited January 14, 2006 by MikesEscort

Ex-Finesse
Shame Looks like it was a glancing blow too. Guess it has detatched, or ruined the front panel / arch weld that side. Dont RS2000's all have ABS? Also, good work on the gearbox Edited January 14, 2006 by Ex-Finesse
