si, u got paint shop pro 5 - 7?

if u have open up paint shop pro and press "shift and C at the same time this will minimise Psp. then when u can see what u want to show people, right click then left click, then drag the mouse over the area then left click this will capture the area u sellected. u can then save it as a jpeg then u can upload and post it on here.

or

press the print screen key "prtsc" (usually at the top right of they keyboard depending on the keyboard style) then open a graphics or photography program, even paint. and then click paste then save it as a jpeg then u can upload and post
