ScottSummerhayes
good luck with tha mate hopefully fully comp? with small excess, Fully comp yes, but because of my age a £500 excess Fooking hell mate Can appreciate how upset you must feel after seeing that... The two biggest factors that Pee me off are: 1) my car was mint, yeah it was old and only a escort but it was looked after like a prize winning lambo (great care and respect) and now because of that t*at its fucked right up. I think im going to have to break it just to cover my excess :( 2) he didnt even stop to check if me or my sister were hurt. one of us could of not been wearing the seat belt (never but you dont ever know) and been sat dieing and he didnt even stop. how can someone with any sort of feeling/heart do that? p--john--p
my mondeo was p reg and a transit hit the back of it, i spend along time polishing it and colour restoring it, it was mint, hardly anyproblems with ,at a good bargain of £550 all it needed was a good clean, anyway when insurance foned they offered 500 for it obv said no then 600 i said no again they offered 700 ( by this time i was crapping myself but decided to test water) so guy asked what i would except i said 900 and the car back... done got the car back 3 weeks later and check about 5 weeks and hire car went back after cheque cleared, i think the reason i got approved 900 was the body work , i had spend the day before polishing it and used half bottle of t-cut half bottle of colour restore and full bottle of megs techwax, so i rekon inspector knew the car wasnt just another run of mill mondeo he could see it was looked after anyway just thought id tell you not all is lost yet
