robexor
mate i just started doing mine, everyone has only two options if there is rust on the arch , it from inside out .. 1. cut all the rust out and fill it with filler, prime then spray2. Cut all the rust out then replace the whole arch, prime then spray.

PeeWee
Cut out & replace the whole arch, only viable permanant solution. As for spraying, mask a decent area of & spray it,plenty of coats , you can use a rubbing compound to blend the paint in once hardend, you might just get a good match if you do it proper. Escort_Kid
Heres how i fixed my arch until i can afford to get it all replaced with a new metal arch: Took out the rust, rust treated it, fibreglassed it, fillered it, primered it, coloured it, lacquered it Some pics of my work:

wizard101sco
I just done mine yesterday, just a patch up job to last the summer(If we have one) and hopefully bit longer. I sanded and used filler, I sprayed the arches and gonna use rubbing compound to blend them in Personally I would go for whole re-spray..If I could afford it
